Ticket Giveaway Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Gamblor Gaming Technologies Ltd of 21 Beaton Drive, Winchburgh, EH52 6FS, UK. ("Promoter")

  1. Eligibility

  • The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

  • Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, agencies, or immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

  • Proof of age and eligibility may be required.

  1. How to Enter

  • To enter, participants must:

    • Follow the Squad Bets Instagram account

    • Download and open an account on the Squad Bets app

  1. Competition Period

  • The competition will run from 15th December 2025 to 18th December 2025 (the "Competition Period")

  • The cut-off time will be 5pm on Thursday 18th December. The draw for the winners will be made that evening

  1. The Prize

  • There will be 2 winners of the prize. The prize is 2 tickets for the Tottenham v Liverpool Premier League match on Saturday 20th December at 5.30pm.

  • No alternative prize or cash equivalent will be offered. The Prize is non-transferable.

  1. Winner Selection

  • The winners will be drawn at random on the evening of Thursday 18th December.

  • The Promoter's decision regarding winner selection is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

  1. Winner Notification

  • The winners will be notified by email within 1 hour of the winners draw.

  • If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and select an alternative winner.

  1. Publicity

  • By entering, participants agree that their name and/or social media handle may be used by the Promoter for the purpose of announcing the winner and in related promotional materials.

  • The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity associated with the competition.

  1. Data Protection

  • Any personal data supplied in connection with the competition will be processed in accordance with the Promoters privacy policy, available here.

  • Personal data will be used solely for the administration of this competition unless explicit consent has been given for other purposes.

  1. General Terms

  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

  • The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused as a result of participating in the competition or accepting the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

  • This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), X (Twitter), TikTok, or any other social media platform.

11. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
